I mean depending on your definition of hat, but I think if it goes on your head, it's a hat. And this hood goes on your head. So, it's like clothes and a hat all in one. Why has no one thought of this? 80% cotton, 20% polyester. It's mid-weight so you don't have to take it on and off all the time. It’s not too baggy like those workwear brands for truck drivers but it's not super slim like a European fashion brand. Standard men’s cut, with sizes for all your friends. Be careful how many you order, you may never buy a new sweatshirt again.
